Join us for free and donation-based experiences, mini sessions, readings, shopping, refreshments, and seasonal offerings designed to bring warmth, rest, and connection to your holiday season.

Various Times Between 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Each Sunday features a different 20-minute mini yoga or movement session, offering a short, welcoming sample of what each class feels like. Perfect for beginners, curious visitors, or anyone wanting a gentle reset.

❄️A Winter solstice 2 hour restorative practice to lean into hibernation, calm the mind with reiki, rest the body completely, and the warmth of reflexology for your soles. This event is accessible. Crystal & Sonnya will meet you in the warm meadowsweet studio, with all the cozies for your hibernation, but bring any favorites from home that you love.
