A moving meditation for equinox + solstice energy
In yoga tradition, the number 108 represents wholeness, completeness, and connection — to the body, the breath, and the universe.

This practice is accessible to all.You will be offered options throughout, and you are always welcome to do 1, 30, or all 108 — it’s not about pushing, it’s about showing up with intention and letting the collective energy carry you.
✨ Some sessions may be held outdoors (weather permitting), or inside in our Meadowsweet Studio (Suite D).

🌕 Full Moon Yoga
Full Moon Yoga at Brownstone
A Monthly Practice of Reflection, Release & Renewal
For thousands of years, cultures across the world have gathered under the Full Moon to pause, reflect, and realign with the natural rhythms of life. At Brownstone Station Wellness Center, our Full Moon Yoga Series honors this ancient tradition by offering a monthly space for grounding, introspection, and nervous-system nourishment.
The Full Moon is a time to be receptive — to bring the light of awareness into the body, both emotionally and physically. Join Sonnya and Crystal for meditation, gentle yoga, and cleansing with sweet sage as we attune to each moon’s seasonal energy.
In the colder months, this practice is held indoors in the beautiful Lodge Room. When the weather allows, we move outdoors around the fire pit behind Brownstone, connecting more deeply with the land, the fire, and the sky above.
✨ All levels welcome. No prior yoga experience required.✨ All classes offer a Zoom option.
The Full Moons of the Year & Their Meanings
Each Full Moon carries a traditional name tied to the natural world and seasonal shifts. Our monthly practices reflect these themes through intention, movement, and meditation.
🌕 January – Wolf Moon
A time of stillness, inner listening, and resilience. The Wolf Moon invites us to connect with intuition, honor solitude, and set grounded intentions for the year ahead.
🌕 February – Snow Moon
Associated with rest and conservation of energy. This moon encourages deep self-care, patience, and gentle tending to the nervous system during winter’s final stretch.
🌕 March – Worm Moon
Marking the thawing earth, the Worm Moon symbolizes renewal and awakening. It’s a powerful time to notice what is beginning to stir — both within and around us.
🌕 April – Pink Moon
Named for early spring wildflowers, this moon represents growth, hope, and fresh possibilities. A beautiful moment to reconnect with joy and lightness.
🌕 May – Flower Moon
Celebrating abundance and blossoming, the Flower Moon invites expansion, creativity, and appreciation for beauty — both external and internal.
🌕 Late May – Strawberry Moon
A moon of sweetness and gratitude. Traditionally associated with early harvests, this moon encourages savoring the present moment and honoring what you’ve cultivated.
🌕 June – Buck Moon
Symbolizing strength and renewal, the Buck Moon reflects growth and confidence. A time to step into your power with steadiness and self-trust.
🌕 July – Sturgeon Moon
Connected to endurance and ancient wisdom, this moon invites reflection on long-term goals, patience, and honoring the deeper currents guiding your life.
🌕 August – Harvest Moon
A moon of fulfillment and integration. The Harvest Moon reminds us to gather what we’ve grown, reflect on lessons learned, and practice gratitude.
🌕 September – Corn Moon
Associated with nourishment and preparation. This moon invites balance — tending to both body and spirit as we begin to turn inward again.
🌕 October – Hunter’s Moon
A time of clarity, discernment, and release. The Hunter’s Moon supports letting go of what no longer serves and preparing for winter’s quieter rhythm.
