Adrienne Mohn
Adrienne is a skilled practitioner who specializes in crafting unique, restorative, and highly effective wellness treatments. Drawing from her extensive experience, travels, and ongoing education, she combines a variety of modalities to provide tailored experiences for her clients.
Her diverse repertoire includes myofascial release, cupping, reflexology, orthopedic massage, trigger point therapy, hot basalt & salt stones, steamed herbal compresses, Thai-table massage, deep tissue techniques, dynamic soft tissue work, and sports massage. With a career spanning since 1996, Adrienne has established herself as an accomplished massage therapy practitioner.
In addition to her massage expertise, Adrienne has been devoted to the practice of yoga for 26 years. She deeply appreciates how yoga strengthens the mind-body connection and integrates this philosophy into her approach.
Moreover, Adrienne has ventured into the creation of her own brand called "Adrienne's Herbals." This line features a range of fresh, all-natural, and handmade body care products, including hot and cold process soaps, herbal body oils, and body scrubs. You can explore and purchase Adrienne's Herbals at our wellness boutique located at Brownstone or conveniently through our online store.
Passionate about fostering an inclusive healing environment, Adrienne actively oversees all operations at the center, ensuring that both customers and staff feel supported and welcomed.
One of Adrienne's favorite center events is the Sunday Community Yoga, where each of the yoga teachers conducts donation-based classes. The entire proceeds from these classes are then donated to a charity chosen by each teacher. This philanthropic initiative holds a special place in Adrienne's heart, as she finds tremendous joy in giving back to the community.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Adrienne serves as a board member and marketing chair of the Hummelstown Business & Professional Association. This role allows her to collaborate closely with local small businesses, fostering a sense of unity and support within the Hummelstown community.

Sonnya Nieves
Sonnya Nieves, RYT 200 has been practicing yoga almost 20 years and teaching since 2016. Her love for the practice stems from the introspection and self-study that can be cultivated through movement and noticing. She loves creating space for exploration of body, mind and breath, and opportunities for deep relaxation.
In addition to her 200-hour certification, Sonnya has certificates in teaching Yin yoga, restorative yoga, tween/teen yoga, and yoga for mental health. She is currently pursuing a 500-hour certification. Sonnya also holds a master’s degree and clinical licensure in social work and has experience working with trauma and mental health conditions.
Sonnya offers Beginner Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Happy Hour Yoga Flow, Teen Yoga, Yin Yoga and Full Moon Yoga.

Crystal Deller
Crystal has loved teaching yoga since 2017, and is certified in multiple styles of yoga including - Accessible Yoga teacher of Power Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Chair, and Gentle
Crystal enjoys co-teaching monthly Full Moon events.
Crystal is certified in Reflexology, as well as a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.
Crystal is passionate to ensure yoga is for ALL people, and not a "one size or style fits all" journey~ variations are spread throughout the practice, to support each student where they are.
Her background both personally and professionally envelopes Disability Advocacy, inclusion, awareness, and personal empowerment.
She believes that both Yoga and Reflexology assist the mind and body into it's natural state of balance, soothes the nervous system, and promotes relaxation where the body can just do what it needs to do~ "Be in Peace"

Molly
Molly has been teaching yoga for over ten years and has been practicing for over fifteen. In addition to earning her E-RYT 500, Molly holds certifications in Trauma Informed Yoga and Baptiste Art of Assisting levels 1 & 2. Molly is also a certified continuing education provider with yoga alliance.
Molly has led workshops in physical assists, sequencing, arm balances, incorporating interoception into a yoga practice, personal agency and consent in yoga and various alignment seminars. She teaches challenging classes using creative sequencing with a heavy emphasis on alignment and safety. Most importantly, she wants her students to find agency and joy in their yoga practice. Molly’s professional background includes a BS in Neuroscience, MS in Child Psychology, as well as School Psychologist and Autism Specialist certifications. She is the owner of Storied Photographs.
She is teaching Warm Vinyasa Flow, Vin to Yin, Private Yoga Lessons. She also offers CE Classes for yoga teachers.

Katherine Hutcheson
Katherine is currently in her final year at Rollins College, pursuing a degree in psychology. She is passionate about holistically healing the mind and body through ancient medicine and wisdom, including yoga. After working for Lancaster EMS as an EMT for five years, she heard the call for deep healing in her community.
Through her mental health journey, she embraces the power of meditation and yoga in recovery. She is grateful to share a trauma-informed practice, incorporating breathwork, yogic philosophy, gentle hands-on adjustments, and mudras. She finishes each class with a meditation to guide surrender so the body's divine intelligence can awaken to heal.
After practicing yoga for over a decade, in August 2021, she became RYT-200 certified through Heartwood Yoga Institute. In August 2022, she attended a Children’s yoga teacher training in London, UK, through YogaBeez. She also holds a certification in aerial yoga and reiki.
She teaches yo in the Summer here at Brownstone.

Jill Lawley
Jill completed a 200-hour training with Studio B in Hershey and a 300-hour training at Create Karma in Lancaster and is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Practitioner.

Shelly Wolfe
Shelly began her career journey at Yoga On Chocolate where she completed her 200 hour training. Finding herself drawn to the spiritual aspects of yogic philosophy, she explored different styles of yoga, such as Yin and Restorative, to counter her vinyasa practice.
The deep healing and self- study experienced in her own life because of her deepened practice, led to work with Transformation Yoga Project, a trauma informed non-profit dedicated to serving those in substance rehabilitation and correctional facilities. She continued her education with Laughing Lotus and traveled to India, with focuses on the chakra system, subtle body energy and Ayurveda.
Shelly teaches Warm Vinyasa Flow and offers a variety of workshops.

500 Hour Yoga Teacher
Shanthi Rao
Shanthi Rao’s journey into yoga began when she was introduced to it at a young age in India and has continued after she moved to the U.S. In 2012 she decided to deepen her practice and completed her 200 hours of yoga certification. She has been offering classes since then and has continued to take various workshops and immersion programs in different types of yoga with different teachers nationwide. She also holds a certification in Restorative Yoga and Reiki.
Having worked with clients and populations who've experienced extensive trauma in her clinical work, she chose to extend her training and focus in the area of trauma and in March 2018, completed her 300 hours of training and facilitation in Trauma Centered Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCYSY-F) from the Center for Trauma and Embodiment at Justice Resource Institute (JRI). She also holds a Master’s Degree (MSW) in Social Work from the University of Connecticut.
She moved to Pennsylvania in the midst of the pandemic. Since the past two and a half years, she has been taking lessons in Iyengar yoga to continue and deepen her own practice.
Her classes and workshops have focused on taking a trauma informed approach in providing gentle and/or restorative forms and movements, breath work and allowing the body to heal itself. She is mindful in creating a safe space for people to experience their own awareness, compassion and healing for the mind and body.
Shanthi is teaching Gentle Yoga with Meditation.

Tansy Foster
Tansy Foster, RYT500, earned her 200 Hour Instructor certification from the Kundalini Research Institute in 2014 and her 300 Hour Instructor certification from the Himalayan Institute in 2021. She is also certified in Ayurvedic Integrative Nutrition.
Yoga and meditation have been a meaningful part of Tansy's life since she was a teenager and her yoga practice has been shaped by different styles and teachers. She found home in the energetic flow of Kundalini blended with her practice and training in Hatha yoga. She loves sharing the yogic experience of appreciating our bodies, becoming aware of our minds and making peace with who we are. Tansy is a registered Yoga Alliance teacher.
Tansy teaches Kundalini yoga and chakra series.

Nikki Bricker
Nikki Bricker, RYT200 is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor by day. She believes yoga and therapy are perfect compliments, so she completed the yoga teacher training in March 2020. Nikki loves learning about yoga mythology, arm balances, and the peace that moving meditation brings. When Nikki's not at work or the studio, she can be found at the barn with her horse Reuban.
Nikki teaches Warm Vinyasa.

Melissa Winch
Melissa Winch, B.S. Ed, RYT200 and Reiki practitioner level II. Melissa has been practicing yoga for a decade and completed the YOC (yoga on chocolate) teacher training program in 2014 and yin teacher training in 2015.
Melissa guides her students on a journey by leading an eclectic class that combines movement and breath with her deep love of energetics and creativity. Classes are theme based with the use of mantras, positive affirmations, yogic philosophy, imagery and symbolism.
Melissa teaches Warm Vinyasa.

Cindy Lesher
Cindy's an E-RYT-200 and was certified through Evolution Power Yoga.
She is also a RCYT-95 with Next Generation Yoga which includes these trainings:
-Yoga and Mindfulness for Age 2-12
-Yoga and Mindfulness for Tweens & Teens
-Advance Yoga and Mindfulness
-Yoga and Mindfulness for Disabilites and Differences
Sharing the mental and physical joys for yoga with our kids in a meaningful way for each age group is her passion. Continuing to learn how to connect with each age group on their level and keep things moving to capture their hearts and attention is something that drives her. Teaching them something so helpful and beneficial is her gift to our next generation.

Katie Bamberger
Katie recently completed her 200-hour teacher training with Free Spirit Yoga in Hershey, PA and is looking forward to beginning her teaching journey at Brownstone Station Wellness Center. She began practicing in 2019, instantly admiring the way yoga cultivates the mind-body connection, as well as the community it fosters.
Katie enjoys incorporating effort and ease in her teaching, working to create a balance of dynamic movement and playful sequencing countered with passive and static postures for a well-rounded offering. She acknowledges the importance of paying attention to the physical and subtle energetic body, and guides students to connect breath to movement. Katie recognizes the busyness of our modern lives and seeks to continually appreciate and encourage all of the ways we can live our yoga everywhere; the ways we can be soft and strong both on and off the mat.
Katie is a yoga teacher substitute here at Brownstone.

Christina Acker
Christina’s yoga journey began in 2007, initially as another form of physical activity and a compliment to running. She came to the realization that yoga is so much more than physical. It is a journey, a lifestyle, and a decision to grow and become the best version of ourselves. It allows the opportunity to reveal kindness, peace and clarity.
Christina completed yoga teacher training in 2019 with Studio B Power Yoga in Hershey and is a certified National Yoga Alliance Instructor.
Christina teaches Warm Vinyasa Flow.

Certified Barre Teacher
Andrea Iskric
Andrea started teaching barre because she loves it so much. She thought that becoming a certified teacher was something attainable but would definitely take her out of her comfort zone. She has been teaching barre for over three years now and she loves the workout and her students.
She looks forward to her Tuesdays at Brownstone with her regular crew and meeting and welcoming new students as well.
Barre is a low impact class containing elements of yoga, pilates, and ballet for a full body workout. Small muscle groups are targeted with high repetitions. Throughout class we use a combination of balls, sliders, resistance bands, small hand weights and the barre for a great workout with lots of stretching in between. All the exercises are set to a playlist to make for an upbeat hour of exercise.

Suzuka Yamane
Suzuka is currently a rising third year student at Penn State University studying psychology. She is passionate about mindfulness-based interventions and holistic approaches to mental heatlh.
In April 2022, she became a certified yoga teacher at the Bhakti Yoga Center in State College. She is committed to not only sharing the physical aspects of yoga but also its philosophy rich in ancient wisdom.
Suzuka teaches Warm Vinyasa at Brownstone in the summer.

Cheri Koons
Cheri graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor of science degree in Nursing, and, in 2014, she received her license as a massage therapist from Harrisburg Area Community College. In addition to both of these accomplishments, Cheri holds a number of other certifications in the nutrition and medical fields including, but not limited to, Certificate in Integrative Nursing, Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified Access Bars Practitioner, Certified Heart Centered Wellness Facilitator, Certified in Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health, Applied Clinical Nutrition and more. Cheri is a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association and the American Holistic Nurses Association. Born on a dairy farm in Boonsboro, Maryland, Cheri knew from a young age that she wanted to go into the healthcare field whether it be taking care of animals or people. Cheri has been a Pennsylvania resident since March 1997, and she has proudly integrated all she has learned from her work in various healthcare roles as a clinical RN, nurse educator, research protocol nurse and licensed massage therapist into her current role. Her own personal experiences with holistic nutrition have helped her to change her eating habits, and, by 2018, she started transitioning her career into professional holistic nutrition work with intense studies and other research. Cheri considers herself to be a life-long learner with a passion for helping others to be their healthiest selves.

Tasha Mundy
Tasha Mundy, LMT, CMLDT has been practicing massage since 2013. At the end of her first day of massage school she knew this was one of the best decisions she had ever made.
Tasha is a single mom of two beautiful teens and a large extended family. From the very beginning her passion for the therapeutic effects of massage were motivated by her love for her family. Many have suffered from chronic health issues as well as several different cancers.
She herself found healing due to trauma in unexpected places due to different modalities - for which she will forever be grateful and was moved to want to give back not only to her family but to others suffering. Continuing education and advanced techniques allowed her to follow her passion for helping others get relief from chronic pain, and have given her a better understanding into how emotional, mental, and physical stress manifests itself in our bodies. She endeavors to really get to know you in order to create a massage experience that is unique to your individual concerns.
Deep Tissue, Cupping, Cranial Sacral and Oncology massage are a few of her specialty services. As of the spring of 2022, she was trained and became certified through Klose Education in the Vodder technique for Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). This work is especially dear to her heart, it is a much needed service for many close to her. The role the lymphatic system plays in all of us is often overlooked. She is incredibly excited to start sharing this with everyone. In addition to an approach with medical massage, Tasha also is highly trained in blending aromatherapy and spa techniques to allow for a sense of tranquility to your experience.

Tiffany Buchanan
Tiffany Buchanan, Licensed Massage Therapist, made a career change in 2009, due to an inward calling to help ease others pain and discomfort through therapeutic massage. Massage was also a calling for her because of the joy that comes from both the client and practitioner when healing and renewal is received. These deep rooted passions she hopes to accomplish with every massage session.
Tiffany is certified in Craniosacral, Lomi Lomi, Cupping, Prenatal, and Oncology massage just to
name a few. Along with her passion for healing, she also homeschools her four children. Homeschooling has challenged Tiffany to have more empathy for the different needs of each individual person. When we can recognize areas that need more attention, we are also able to elevate one another to their full mental, physical, and spiritual potential.

Anya Romero
Anya Romero, Licensed Massage Therapist has been practicing massage for 5 years. While she offers a wide variety of modalities, her passion is for Prenatal, Postpartum and Infant Massage. Anya’s personal experience combined with continued training and practice has allowed her to acquire compassionate techniques to help mothers during and after their
pregnancies. She believes that massage is a necessary element in preparing a mother’s body
and mind for childbirth and is just as beneficial during the recovery period.
Anya has two toddlers under three years old and a newborn baby.

Donna Stiver
Donna Stiver, LMT creates and customizes her specialized treatments that are calming, healing, and therapeutic. She combines and uses the massage modalities, education, intuition and passion that she has developed over the past 21 years to provide excellent care for her clients. Some of these modalities include: cupping, bamboo fusion, hot and cold stone therapy, salt stones, reflexology, facial and scalp massage, sports massage, gua sha, prenatal, ashiatsu and aromatherapy.
She has been practicing massage since 2001 and has a BS in Nutrition from Penn State University and contiuned her education in Ohio and earned two degrees in massage therapy and sports and fitness management. She has been extensively trained in La Stone Therapy, ashiatsu, oncology, spa treamtments, gua sha, aromatherapy, prenatal and infant massage.

Meera Sinha
Meera is a voice practitioner, board-certified music therapist, and music educator. After graduating from Berklee College of Music in 2018, Meera completed 1,040 hours of clinical music therapy working with adult and pediatric patients in palliative care, active duty military, adults and youth in transitional housing programs, and elders in memory care. Their approach to holding space is rooted in unconditional care, loving-kindness, and acceptance. Meera loves centering healing through voicework and believes the voice is a beautiful tool through which to discover our authentic selves.
Meera provides virtual voice-based music therapy services through their business Creative Wellness Collective and provides in-person community music opportunities here at Brownstone Station Wellness Center.

Ashleigh Garber
Ashleigh has been practicing massage therapy since 2007. Her passion for running, mindfulness, and health has allowed her to find balance with connecting the body and mind.
She believes that physical and mental health both play a large role in our personal well-being.
Each massage will be customized as her technique combines therapeutic massage, stretching
and relaxation.
Ashleigh owns her own business here inside the center in Suite C2.

Trish Zook
Trish is a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Therapeutic Massage and also a Reflexologist working with feet, hands and meridians of the face.
She offers Thai foot reflexology as well as Reflexology for Chronic Pain. She is also a Reiki Master / Teacher as well as a Third level student with Healing Touch and also studied Integrated Energy Therapy.
Trish assists with teaching Reflexology and Massage at The Valley School of Healing Arts and is a Board member of the school as well.
Trish joined the Penn State Cancer Retreat last year to offer Reiki, Reflexology and Massage to the couples who have been affected by cancer. Trish is looking forward to being a part of the retreat this year in November.
Trish owns her own business here within the center in Suite C1.

Owner of Massage CE Advantage, Lin is a Continuing Education Provider for Licensed Massage Therapists. Here at Brownstone and surrounding areas she offers a wide range of CE hands on classes, lectures and CPR certification.
Lin is also the creator of BellaTouch (patent pending) a wonderful tool for chair massage for massaging over clothing for a smooth non-friction glide.

Joseph Langham
Joseph Langham VST, LMT is a practicing Vibrational Sound and Massage Therapist in Elizabethtown, PA. He is a seasoned multi-instrumentalist, prolific singer-songwriter, professional actor, and published playwright. He has been tapping into the creative stream as a pastime and profession for most of his life and has been called to bring these many past experiences into this current offering of sound. He is reading all he can get his hands on about sound, studying under Lana Ryder at Soundwise Health in Lancaster, and is attending the events of and learning from so very many wonderful practitioners in the vibrant local sound community. He and partner, Ariana call Elizabethtown home, run Tōne Sound Massage Energy out of the Kairos Studios in Etown and are the proud pup parents of a suspected mini-labradooodle named Mortimer.
