Adrienne brings nearly three decades of experience to Brownstone Station Wellness Center, creating restorative, individualized treatments that blend therapeutic skill with a deeply holistic approach to wellness. Adrienne is also the creator of Brownstone Botanicals, a natural product line featuring handcrafted herbal body oils, soaps, scrubs, and botanical self-care products inspired by nature and holistic living. Many of these items are available in the Brownstone wellness boutique and online shop.
As the owner and director of Brownstone Station Wellness Center, Adrienne is passionate about creating a welcoming, grounded, and supportive environment for both clients and practitioners. Sonnya Nieves, RYT 500 has been practicing yoga almost 20 years and teaching since 2016. Her love for the practice stems from the introspection and self-study that can be cultivated through movement and noticing. She loves creating space for exploration of body, mind and breath, and opportunities for deep relaxation.
In addition to her 500-hour certification, Sonnya has certificates in teaching Yin yoga, restorative yoga, tween/teen yoga, and yoga for mental health. Sonnya also holds a master’s degree and clinical licensure in social work and has experience working with trauma and mental health conditions.

LCSW — Therapist at Brownstone Station Wellness Center
Dana Hayes is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who serves clients in Hummelstown and the surrounding communities through her work at Brownstone Station Wellness Center. She offers both individual and group therapy for people moving through life’s transitions, including grief and loss, adjustment to chronic illness, and the ongoing challenges that come with caregiving.
In addition to this specialized work, Dana supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and insomnia. She works with individuals ages 14 and up, providing a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences, deepen self-awareness, and move toward meaningful personal change.
Dana’s therapeutic approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and somatic techniques. Guided by cultural sensitivity and a deep respect for each person’s story, she brings a grounded, steady presence to both her individual sessions and group work. Crystal Deller has loved sharing yoga since 2017, and has continued her education in Yoga to be certified in multiple styles including- Accessible Yoga, Chair, Yin, Gentle yoga, Restorative , Yoga Nidra, Power vinyasa, and Yoga for Mental Health.
Crystal enjoys co-teaching Brownstone's popular Full and New Moon Yoga classes monthly, and offering special events such as pairing restorative yoga with reflexology and reiki, as well as hosting continuing education credit classes for yoga teachers through Yoga Alliance.
Crystal is certified in Reflexology, through the Valley School of the Healing Arts, and enjoys assisting clients to reduce stress, increase relaxation, relieve tension, and promote overall well-being. In addition, Crystal is Reiki Level 2, and will complete Reiki Master before 2025.
Her background both personally, and professionally is/was saturated in disability advocacy, inclusion, awareness, personal empowerment, and has worked in special education for over 30 years.

Nelly Keisi Laayouni is a second-generation Palestinian-American yoga teacher and healing arts practitioner learning how to bloom where she has been planted. She finds refuge and regulation through yoga therapy, song, dance, and drumming, and seeks reminders of truth and wisdom from the land and her ancestors.
Her path has carried her through several seasons living in her motherland and into deep study of birth, women’s wellness, and embodied healing. She has trained with traditional comadronas (midwives) in Guatemala through a Mayan Midwifery Immersion, grounding her work in ancestral knowledge, intuition, and reverence for the body’s innate intelligence.
Nelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Create Karma. She is also trained in Prenatal Yoga and Doula support (85 hours) through Awakened Birth, has completed DONA Doula Training, and holds an 200-hour certification in Yoni Shakti Well Woman Yoga Therapy through the Yoga Nidra Network with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.

Molly Diodato has been teaching yoga for over ten years and has been practicing for over fifteen. In addition to earning her E-RYT 500, Molly holds certifications in Trauma Informed Yoga and Baptiste Art of Assisting levels 1 & 2. Molly is also a certified continuing education provider with yoga alliance.
Molly has led workshops in physical assists, sequencing, arm balances, incorporating interoception into a yoga practice, personal agency and consent in yoga and various alignment seminars. She teaches challenging classes using creative sequencing with a heavy emphasis on alignment and safety. Most importantly, she wants her students to find agency and joy in their yoga practice. Molly’s professional background includes a BS in Neuroscience, MS in Child Psychology, as well as School Psychologist and Autism Specialist certifications. She is the owner of Storied Photographs.

500 Hour Yoga Teacher
Shanthi Rao’s journey into yoga began when she was introduced to it at a young age in India and has continued after she moved to the U.S. In 2012 she decided to deepen her practice and completed her 200 hours of yoga certification. She has been offering classes since then and has continued to take various workshops and immersion programs in different types of yoga with different teachers nationwide. She also holds a certification in Restorative Yoga and Reiki.
Having worked with clients and populations who've experienced extensive trauma in her clinical work, she chose to extend her training and focus in the area of trauma and in March 2018, completed her 300 hours of training and facilitation in Trauma Centered Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCYSY-F) from the Center for Trauma and Embodiment at Justice Resource Institute (JRI). She also holds a Master’s Degree (MSW) in Social Work from the University of Connecticut.
She moved to Pennsylvania in the midst of the pandemic. Since the past two and a half years, she has been taking lessons in Iyengar yoga to continue and deepen her own practice.
Her classes and workshops have focused on taking a trauma informed approach in providing gentle and/or restorative forms and movements, breath work and allowing the body to heal itself. She is mindful in creating a safe space for people to experience their own awareness, compassion and healing for the mind and body.

Julieta Grodensky was born in the stunning city of Mendoza, Argentina, to a big and loving Spanish family. At the age of six, she and her mother moved to New York City and became U.S. citizens after relocating to Pennsylvania. After graduating from high school, she joined the United States Marine Corps with the intention of giving back to a country that provided so many opportunities to her and her family. She served as a Heavy Equipment Operator and Martial Arts Instructor at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. While in the service, she married her wonderful husband, Tyler, and both moved back to Pennsylvania.
After her military service, Julieta was searching for a new purpose and direction. She began practicing yoga at home thanks to the vast library of YouTube classes created by Yoga with Adrienne, and began to find herself again in deep breaths and mindful movements. After gaining confidence, she started practicing at local studios and quickly realized she wanted to dive deeper into yogic philosophy. Julieta became a certified yoga instructor after completing her 200-hour Teacher Training with Stephanie Johnston, founder of Free Spirit Yoga. She realized she wanted to keep learning, and she got the opportunity to complete a 200-hour teacher training with Jesse Cassady, founder of The Grateful Yoga. Most recently, she completed Embodied Practice: 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training with Talia Sutra, founder of Love And All Is Coming. Julieta is deeply grateful to all of the teachers who have guided and taught her along her journey.
Julieta has been teaching vinyāsa yoga, meditation, and prāṇāyāma heavily influenced by her studies in Aṣṭāṅga Yoga and Haṭha Yoga, with a focus on the Ghoṣ lineage. She finds endless joy in sharing this sacred practice with people of all ages and backgrounds, especially when challenging students to find their physical edge while practicing svādhyāya (self-study) and sukha (inner ease).

Nikki Bricker, RYT200 is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor by day. She believes yoga and therapy are perfect compliments, so she completed the yoga teacher training in March 2020. Nikki loves learning about yoga mythology, arm balances, and the peace that moving meditation brings. When Nikki's not at work or the studio, she can be found at the barn with her horse Reuban.
Nikki teaches Warm Vinyasa.

Jennifer Wootten received her 200-hour yoga certification through My Vinyasa Practice. Initially, she pursued the certification to deepen her personal practice, but with encouragement from many of her teachers, she soon found herself confidently leading classes. Jen was introduced to yoga several years ago by friends who invited her to join them for classes.
She found a profound peace and grounding through
the practice, which led her to make yoga an almost daily routine. As her practice evolved, Jennifer began to explore the connection between mind, body, soul and breath, gaining a deeper understanding of the
transformative power of yoga.
Currently, Jennifer is part of the Brownstone team, where she teaches a plus-size yoga. Her classes blend breath with movement, incorporate deep stretching, and feature a touch of comedy and laughter, creating a welcoming and joyful environment for all students. When not on the mat, Jennifer loves tending to the many, many plants in
her home, reading books, or simply spending quality time with her family.

Cecilia Arvelo is a recently certified RYT 200 yoga teacher who creates gentle, grounding spaces where students can reconnect with themselves without pressure or perfection. Drawing from her experience guiding others through both movement and mindfulness, she specializes in Restorative, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra—practices that support deep relaxation, emotional balance, and nervous system healing.
Cecilia believes yoga should feel supportive and accessible, especially on the days when showing up feels hardest. Through her teaching, she encourages self-trust, inner awareness, and a sense of calm that carries beyond the mat and into everyday life.
Outside of the yoga world, Cecilia is a high school social studies teacher and enjoys spending her time in nature camping, hiking or kayaking.

Certified Barre Teacher
Andrea Iskric started teaching barre because she loves it so much. She thought that becoming a certified teacher was something attainable but would definitely take her out of her comfort zone. She has been teaching barre for over three years now and she loves the workout and her students.
She looks forward to her Tuesdays at Brownstone with her regular crew and meeting and welcoming new students as well.
Barre is a low impact class containing elements of yoga, pilates, and ballet for a full body workout. Small muscle groups are targeted with high repetitions. Throughout class we use a combination of balls, sliders, resistance bands, small hand weights and the barre for a great workout with lots of stretching in between. All the exercises are set to a playlist to make for an upbeat hour of exercise.

Cheri was born on a dairy farm in MD, where her upbringing instilled a deep understanding of agriculture. She learned about cultivating food for animals and gardens for people, as well as age-old healing remedies passed down by her parents. Her experience hand-milking cows not only developed her gentle hands for massage therapy but also led to an affinity for caring for animals with love, compassion, and respect. Growing up surrounded by her mom and oldest sister’s cooking and baking, Cheri developed a profound love for culinary arts.
From a young age, Cheri envisioned a career in healthcare, initially torn between animal or human care. In high school, she sang in the chorus and volunteered as an aide to a physical therapist in a local nursing home, solidifying her decision to pursue healthcare for people. Graduating with an Associates of Science in Nursing (RN) from Hagerstown Junior College in May 1987, she began her journey working up and down the East Coast due to her life as a military wife.
Her professional and personal growth flourished during her time at the National Cancer Institute of National Institutes of Health in Oncology/Immunology and at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in May 1996. Concurrently, she earned certification in Vascular Nursing while working in critical care units, facing and ultimately overcoming a congenital health issue by innovating minimally invasive approaches alongside a team of medical and alternative care practitioners.

Jasmyn is a licensed massage therapist who has recently graduated from HACC’s massage therapy program. She offers massage sessions that are focused on her client’s goals, whether that be relaxation, tension relief, or both. Jasmyn’s intention is to provide a calm, quiet, and soothing atmosphere for her clients to fully unwind and walk away feeling balanced and refreshed.
In addition to practicing massage therapy, Jasmyn enjoys knitting and crocheting as well as spending time outdoors hiking and gardening.

Stephanie Trump Johnston, M.S.,M.A.,E-RYT 500 began her professional career as a Speech Language Pathologist and spent over 25 years specializing in the treatment of adults with neurological problems such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s Disease and Alzheimer’s Disease/dementia. She began practicing yoga almost thirty years ago. She earned her initial Yoga Teacher Certification at the Peachtree Yoga Center in Atlanta, Georgia in 2000. Since that time she has completed over 3000 hours of yoga training with many schools and styles. She earned a Masters degree in Psychology from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology and has a particular interest in the relationship between psychological and yogic theories as well as using yogic practices to improve mental and emotional wellbeing. Most recently, she has done advanced training in yoga and its benefits to the brain and nervous system. Along with managing the Free Spirit Yoga community, she is also an Adjunct Professor at Penn State Harrisburg where she teaches classes in Yoga and its philosophy. Stephanie has an open and light-hearted style and specializes in making yoga accessible and practical which allows for the possibility of living our lives in a more genuine and authentic way.

RYT 500, Registered Yoga Teacher
Debbie Rill, RYT 500 teaches our Strengthen, Flow and Restore class. Her yoga journey began 19 years ago at Free Spirit Yoga, Hershey, as a new yoga student and earned her first 200 hours of teacher certification from Free Spirit Yoga in 2021. In addition, she completed her 300 hour training from Evolution Lancaster in 2023, where she continues to teach restorative yoga classes. Yoga practices have been a meaningful part of Debbie's life in retirement from public education, and she is passionate about teaching and sharing the transformational tools of yoga with others.
