During a time that is buzzing with gifts and gathering, we will take the time to sink into stillness and rest to honor the sacred rhythms of life. What to expect: Yoga Nidra, embodiment practice, and sharing. What to bring: Comfy cozy clothes, and a journal, optional. About Nelly Keisi Laayouni: Nelly is a second-generation Palestinian-American learning how to bloom where she has been planted. Nelly finds refuge in yoga therapy, song, dance, and drumming. She seeks reminders of truth and wisdom from the land and ancestors. A practitioner of healing arts, she encourages intuition led by the teacher within. Her path has led her from several seasons spent living in her motherland to learning about birth and herbalism from the native comadronas of Guatemala and studying yoga therapy.
