Meet Lizzi
Lizzi Hauck (RYT 200) brings a deeply intuitive, grounded, and soulful approach to her teaching. Drawing from lifelong spiritual exploration, personal experience, and energy work, she creates classes that balance both the physical body and the subtle body. After becoming attuned to Usui Reiki Levels 1 & 2, Lizzi expanded her path through 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Stephanie Johnston of Free Spirit Yoga.

Join us for a warm, moderately paced vinyasa class that blends movement, breath, and awareness.

Second Class Option (Year-Round, Seasonally Inspired)
Tuesdays 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
This second class is offered every week year-round, with the style and theme shifting seasonally.
You can:
Take this class on its own, OR
Stay after Vinyasa and experience both

keo nha cai dạo này thấy mọi người nhắc hoài nên mình cũng bấm vào coi thử cho biết. Mình không rành soi kèo hay phân tích gì đâu, chủ yếu xem trang có dễ dùng không thôi. Lướt một vòng thấy phần tỷ lệ kèo cập nhật khá nhanh, kiểu đang xem mà số liệu nhích nhích theo trận nên đỡ cảm giác bị chậm. Bố cục nhìn cũng thoáng, chia khối rõ ràng nên kéo xuống không bị rối mắt, mấy bảng để dạng cột nên liếc qua là hiểu đang ở mục nào. Mình cũng thích cái menu đặt ngay chỗ dễ thấy, bấm qua lại mượt, và tiêu đề “Kèo Nhà Cái – Trực Tiếp Tỷ…
