Discover Holistic Healing Through Yoga at Brownstone Station Wellness Center

Updated: Jun 2

At Brownstone Station Wellness Center, we cherish the beauty of yoga in its many forms. From gentle and restorative practices to traditional, philosophy-centered approaches, we aim to create a welcoming space for everyone. This June, we are thrilled to introduce a new class that draws inspiration from advanced studies in India and is rooted in classical yogic teachings.

Yoga instructor Julieta Grodensky has recently returned from her educational journey with Love And All Is Coming (LAAIC), an international yoga school founded by Talia Sutra. This immersive training experience allowed Julieta to deepen her understanding of Haṭha Yoga, Aṣṭāṅga Vinyāsa, meditation, prāṇāyāma, and yogic philosophy.

LAAIC SO’HAM: Haṃsa Krama Level 1

Thursdays at 9:30 AM, Lodge Studio at Brownstone Station Wellness Center

Starting in June, Julieta will offer a 60-minute open-level practice that blends dynamic vinyāsa movement with intentional stillness, breath awareness, focused attention, and deep spinal activation. This class is designed through the teachings of Talia Sutra and the LAAIC school, integrating elements of:

  • Aṣṭāṅga Vinyāsa Yoga

  • The Biṣṇu Ghoṣ lineage

  • Classical Haṭha Yoga

  • Meditation and prāṇāyāma

  • Yogic philosophy and self-study

What to Expect in Class

Students can look forward to:

  • Dynamic and thoughtfully sequenced movement

  • Long-form posture holds

  • Breath-centered practice

  • Nervous system support and regulation

  • Spinal activation in all directions

  • Opportunities for both challenge and introspection

  • Philosophical themes woven throughout class

While this practice is physically engaging, it also encourages students to explore yoga beyond movement. It cultivates awareness, steadiness, breath connection, and self-study within the practice.

About Julieta

Born in Mendoza, Argentina, Julieta moved to the United States as a child. She served in the United States Marine Corps as both a Heavy Equipment Operator and Martial Arts Instructor. After her military service, yoga became a vital part of her personal journey, leading her into formal teacher training and advanced studies.

Her background includes:

  • 200-hour Teacher Training with Stephanie Johnston

  • 200-hour Additional studies with Jesse Cassady

  • 300-hour Advanced training through Love And All Is Coming (LAAIC)

Julieta teaches vinyāsa yoga, meditation, and prāṇāyāma, drawing influences from both Aṣṭāṅga and Haṭha Yoga traditions. Her classes blend grounded strength, mindful movement, breath awareness, and thoughtful reflection. They are designed to be both welcoming and deeply intentional.
