Structure of the Class: • The class will begin gently heated with a 30 min Vinyasa flow, which involves continuous movement through a series of poses. • This is followed by a 30 min Yin yoga sequence and savasana, where poses are held for 3-4 minutes. Benefits: • Improves flexibility and range of motion • Strengthens muscles and core • Balances the nervous system • Reduces stress and anxiety • Promotes deep relaxation and rejuvenation • Deepens self-awareness and mindfulness.
