Raising awareness & support for the Down Syndrome community
Join our regular Community Yoga class with Free Spirit Yoga, 12:00-1:00 PM in the Meadowsweet Studio Suite D. 100% of that class's proceeds go to 3.21 for Life.

10:30 AM - 4:30 PM
45 minutes with Cheri Koons, LMT, CLT, RN-BSN. Includes a health intake, hands-on manual lymphatic drainage, and take-home self-care techniques. Pre-register online, offered November 8 only.

A customized cleanse/exfoliate, calming Lift Method techniques, and light therapy tailored to your skin, finished with Lumina serum, moisturizer & SPF. All skin types. 15 minutes. Pre-booking recommended; walk-ins welcome.

Grand prize: A Couples Wellness Experience - a 1 hour Customized Facial at Pelle Sana, a lymphatic drainage massage with Adrienne Mohn, CLT, and a private 45-minute Clinical Somatics class for two in the Lodge Studio at Brownstone. Plus themed gift baskets from local businesses and other raffle donations.
