Adrienne is certified in Clinical Somatics through the Somatic Movement Center. In addition to her work as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist, she brings this gentle, science-based method to help release chronic muscle tension and improve mobility through the practice of pandiculation.
Clinical Somatics is a slow, mindful practice—movements are done at your own pace, always within your comfort range. This allows your nervous system to truly reset and release deeply held tension. As your body begins to adjust, you may notice temporary shifts as new, healthier movement patterns take hold. Clincial Somatics also helps to reduce muscle tension that can impede lymphatic flow - leading to better drainage.

🌿 What Somatics Can Support:
Relief from back, neck, and joint pain
Relieve tight muscles
Better posture and balance
Nervous system regulation
Supports lymphatic system
Sessions can be tailored for everyone: they’re traditionally done on the floor or treatment table, but can also be adapted to a chair for those with limited mobility or difficulty getting up and down.
Adrienne offers private one-on-one sessions as well as small private groups (up to 4 people - a great option that helps with cost sharing and you get to be with your friends or fmaily for the session!)
In about five sessions, you’ll learn a basic whole-body routine or targeted area you can use for life, empowering you to take charge of your own healing. More sessions are available after that to continue the journey.
