Saturday, December 21, 2024, 9:00-10:30 AM Winter Solstice symbolizes the birth of the sun, a promise of the light returning, and a new start! The ritual of 108 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) is cleansing, empowering, and grounding, and crushes negative energy. No need to do all 108 salutations - but with the support of the energy in the room, you may surprise yourself! PRE-REGISTRATION is required - $17 drop-in or use your class pass. Bring your mat, a water bottle, and a friend!

Cancellation Policy

2 hour cancellation policy - If there is a no-call no-show or you cancel within the 2 hour time-frame you will be responsible for paying the full price of your class booked.
