The Summer Solstice is a time to honor the warmth and nourishment of the sun. And practicing 108 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) is cleansing, empowering, and grounding, and crushes negative energy. No need to do all 108 salutations - but with the support of the group energy, you may surprise yourself! Crystal and Sonnya will be sure to offer lots of options to make this practice accessible. Join us outdoors for this beautiful practice (or indoors if weather requires). PRE-REGISTRATION is required in case we are inside. Or…ZOOM from home, if you prefer! Investment: $19 drop-in, or use your class pass. Bring your mat, a water bottle, and a friend! 😎

Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy At Brownstone, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This policy allows our independent practitioners the opportunity to adjust their schedules and offer availability to other clients. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment) or missed appointments may result in a full service charge, especially if the practitioner has already traveled, set up, or is unable to fill the appointment slot on short notice. Each practitioner at Brownstone is an independent contractor and determines how they apply this policy. Exceptions may be made at their discretion based on individual circumstances and notice given. To support our team and minimize no-shows, we now require a credit card on file when booking. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business and the dedicated professionals who care for you.
