Service Description

Soulful Saturday Flow 7:30am, EVERY Saturday :-) Heated - a warm gentle/moderate vinyasa flow This warm vinyasa flow will emphasize connecting breath to movement as students move through dynamic postures, sun salutations, and playful sequences. After warming the body, students will explore more passive and static stretches to wind down for a well-rounded class. Offering a balance of effort and ease, this class is open and accessible to all levels and will leave you feeling both grounded and energized to start the weekend.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour cancellation policy - If there is a no-call no-show or you cancel within the 24 hour time-frame you will be responsible for paying the full price of your service booked. You acknowledge and accept this when you book an appointment.
