Reflexology 1 hour (JS)

Service Description

Reflexology is a modality based on the principle that certain points in your feet correspond to organs and systems of the body. With proper manipulation and palpation of these reflex points, it enables the body to put itself back into balance via nerve system response. This is not a foot massage session. During reflexology I use a walking finger and thumb technique on these reflex zones. You will remain fully clothed throughout the treatment except for your shoes and socks. I will apply subtle pressure with my thumbs and fingers to all parts of your feet noting any problem areas. You need not worry about the appearance of your feet. In fact, it helps me to understand more about your current health and wellbeing. The manipulation of your feet is not ticklish and is usually very pleasant and extremely relaxing.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour cancellation policy - If there is a no-call no-show or you cancel within the 24 hour time-frame you will be responsible for paying the full price of your service booked. Please do not book and cancel multiple times if possible. It effects the therapists ability to maintain a consistent schedule. We realize things arise but please try to keep it to a minimum. You acknowledge and accept this when you book an appointment.
