Join us in rediscovering your body on the mat. Moving gently and using props to truly feel the poses in YOUR body. We will be guiding you through some meditation, poses, and we’ll be matching breath to movement through out our time together.

2 hour cancellation policy - If there is a no-call no-show or you cancel within the 2 hour time-frame you will be responsible for paying the full price of your class booked.
