It is a non-invasive and pain-free treatment quickly gaining popularity among athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Myofascial Release Therapy is a standalone treatment focusing on the fascia – the connective tissue surrounding and supporting everything in your body, not just the muscles, as in traditional massage therapy. Why? Because fascia – or, more precisely, the restrictions in your fascial system are often the root cause of many chronic conditions. Plus, it's the system of the body that the allopathic medical community completely overlooks. That's why we can often help patients who have been given endless prescriptions for pain pills or muscle relaxants with no real answers or long-term solutions. Does that sound like you? We use specific pressures into areas of restriction for specific amounts of time to address and resolve restrictions in the fascia. By doing this – with gentle and sustained pressure, we release restrictions in your myofascial tissue (that have often been there for decades or more), help to alleviate pain and improve the range of motion throughout your body. Cancellation Policy

24 hour cancellation policy - If there is a no-call no-show or you cancel within the 24 hour time-frame you will be responsible for paying the full price of your service booked. Please do not book and cancel multiple times if possible. It effects the therapists ability to maintain a consistent schedule. We realize things arise but please try to keep it to a minimum. You acknowledge and accept this when you book an appointment.
