Mind.Body.Sole(s). ❄️Holiday hibernation Winter solstice 2 hour restorative practice to lean into hibernation, calm the mind with reiki, rest the body completely, and the warmth of reflexology for your soles. This event is accessible. Crystal & Sonnya will meet you in the warm lodge room, with all the cozies for your hibernation, but bring any favorites from home that you love. We’ll enjoy some community refreshments towards the close of practice Regular rate and class plans accepted!

Cancellation Policy

2 hour cancellation policy - If there is a no-call no-show or you cancel within the 2 hour time-frame you will be responsible for paying the full price of your service booked.
