Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic and or Neurolymphatic work with Adrienne Mohn, LMT, CLT, SMC CEI Level 1
Service Description
Manual Lymphatic Drainage & Neurolymphatic Wellness Support CLT • MLD-C • Licensed Massage Therapist I am a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) and Manual Lymphatic Drainage–Certified (MLD-C) practitioner trained to work with clients who have lymphedema. While I can provide lymphedema care when appropriate, my specialty is using lymphatic-based therapy for general wellness, prevention, and whole-body support — especially for those looking to reduce systemic inflammation, improve fluid movement, and support the body’s natural detox and recovery pathways. The lymphatic system plays a key role in immune function, inflammation regulation, fluid balance, tissue repair, and nervous system resilience. Because of this, lymphatic therapy can be beneficial not only for lymphedema, but also for people experiencing chronic inflammation, bloating, fluid retention, post-surgical swelling, scar tissue restriction, or stress-related nervous system overload. Training & Certifications I completed my MLD-C training through ILWTI, then attended Monarch Continuing Education under Carmen Recupero, where I became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT). I have continued advanced training through Monarch’s Neurolymphatic program and further education in lipedema and related lymphatic dysfunction. Neurolymphatic Drainage (NLD) Focus I am especially passionate about Neurolymphatic Drainage — an integrative approach that supports lymph flow by working with the nervous system, fascia, tissue tension patterns, scar restrictions, and autonomic regulation. Integrated Tools & Modalities Sessions may include supportive modalities such as full spectrum sauna, PEMF, vibration plate, customized lymph-support topical oils, Dolphin Neurostim microcurrent for scar tissue release and tension points, Clinical Somatics for downregulation and improved mobility, and gentle craniosacral elements when appropriate. Clinical Somatics is especially powerful for lymph support because it improves diaphragm and ribcage mobility, reduces chronic muscle guarding that can compress lymph pathways, and helps shift the body out of fight-or-flight so drainage can occur more naturally. Each session is customized based on your goals, health history, and current needs. Upon intake, it may be determined that a doctor’s note is required prior to treatment.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy At Brownstone, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This policy allows our independent practitioners the opportunity to adjust their schedules and offer availability to other clients. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment) or missed appointments may result in a full service charge, especially if the practitioner has already traveled, set up, or is unable to fill the appointment slot on short notice. Each practitioner at Brownstone is an independent contractor and determines how they apply this policy. Exceptions may be made at their discretion based on individual circumstances and notice given. To support our team and minimize no-shows, we now require a credit card on file when booking.
