The following foundational elements form the basis of this service: thorough health history; initial assessment with brief reassessments to determine effectiveness of modalities/techniques throughout the session; little to no discomfort; a teamwork approach involving communication and education; all combined to discover the source of imbalances facilitating relief of soft tissue pain and dysfunction. Cheri blends her advanced nursing knowledge and massage education with intuitive skill, diverse experience in both Western and Eastern modalities/techniques to provide a session that is always unique, addressing the needs of your amazing mind/body/spirit. These modalities/techniques may include any of the following: Gua Sha; Dynamic Cupping (specific to Orthopedic Massage); Table Thai Yoga; Vibrational Therapies (Himalayan Singing Bowl, Basalt Stones, Music, and Voice/Toning); Percussion & Vibration using TheraGun; Essential Oils; Heat/Cold Therapies; Scar Tissue Release; Fascial & Myofascial Release; Energy Modalities (Access Bars®- very light touch to the 32 points on the head, connected to different aspects of your life, facilitating release of limitations associated with thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations promoting new perspectives; Reiki - a natural hands on or hands off body method of facilitating energy flow and rebalancing the energy centers of the body known as chakras). Cancellation Policy

24 hour cancellation policy - If there is a no-call no-show or you cancel within the 24 hour time-frame you will be responsible for paying the full price of your service booked. Please do not book and cancel multiple times if possible. It effects the therapists ability to maintain a consistent schedule. We realize things arise but please try to keep it to a minimum. You acknowledge and accept this when you book an appointment.
