Service Description

$10/class every other Tuesday Whether in service industry, healthcare, or manual labor, the careers that utilize the body most, also leave the physical body vulnerable. In this class we integrate constructive stretching and mild to moderate strengthening in order to promote wellness and maintenance for the heavily taxed body. Industry Yoga also offers techniques to bring the nervous system back to a parasympathetic state as these industry careers generally come paired with noise, stress, and energetic chaos.
