Service Description
A hydrating wrap is a relaxing and rejuvenating alternative to massage therapy. You will be cocooned in a soft, warm blanket, and each arm and leg—along with your back—will be individually uncovered to receive a gentle skin exfoliation using a loofah, followed by the application of a deeply hydrating body butter. After the exfoliation and body butter application, you will be fully cocooned again and enjoy a soothing scalp massage for the remainder of your 50-minute wrap.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy At Brownstone, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This policy allows our independent practitioners the opportunity to adjust their schedules and offer availability to other clients. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment) or missed appointments may result in a full service charge, especially if the practitioner has already traveled, set up, or is unable to fill the appointment slot on short notice. Each practitioner at Brownstone is an independent contractor and determines how they apply this policy. Exceptions may be made at their discretion based on individual circumstances and notice given. To support our team and minimize no-shows, we now require a credit card on file when booking. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business and the dedicated professionals who care for you.
