Service Description

Heated 80-90 degrees. Breath-synchronized movement will help you flow out of the work week and into the weekend with ease. This fun, lighthearted all-levels yoga flow is a great way to destress and recharge! Through a rotation of teachers, you will experience a mix of gentle and vinyasa styles. We will be on our feet as well as on the mat. Feel free to explore modifications and asana variations in this welcoming environment. No prior experience needed!

Cancellation Policy

2 hour cancellation policy - If there is a no-call no-show or you cancel within the 2 hour time-frame you will be responsible for paying the full price of your class booked.
