Saturday, September 21, 2024 | 9:00-10:30 AM The onset of Fall calls us to release what we no longer need to carry ~ just as the trees release their leaves 🍁 108 sun salutations (whether you do one, 10, or all 108) is a time to move the body, reset the mind, and honor this change of season! Haven’t experienced the 108 Sun Salutations? Crystal and Sonnya will show you a multitude of ways to create accessibility just for YOU! Join us outdoors in the meadow (weather permitting)! Bring a blanket/towel for under your mat, your water bottle, and a friend! Use your class pass or drop in for $17.

Cancellation Policy

2 hour cancellation policy - If there is a no-call no-show or you cancel within the 2 hour time-frame you will be responsible for paying the full price of your class booked.
