Brownstone Station Open House – Sauna Mini Sessions ✨ Free Full-Spectrum Sauna Mini Session (15 Minutes) ✨ Time: Sundays, November 23 through December 21 from 10:30am-1:30pm Experience a complimentary 15-minute session in our Clearlight Sanctuary Full-Spectrum Infrared Sauna, featuring medical-grade chromotherapy, red light tower, Vibroacoustic Resonance Therapy (VRT), and optional halotherapy ($15 for halotherpay add-on.) This mini session offers a soothing preview of the full Brownstone Wellness Chamber experience. Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy At Brownstone, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This policy allows our independent practitioners the opportunity to adjust their schedules and offer availability to other clients. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment) or missed appointments may result in a full service charge, especially if the practitioner has already traveled, set up, or is unable to fill the appointment slot on short notice. Each practitioner at Brownstone is an independent contractor and determines how they apply this policy. Exceptions may be made at their discretion based on individual circumstances and notice given. To support our team and minimize no-shows, we now require a credit card on file when booking. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business and the dedicated professionals who care for you.
