Beginner Class – Thursdays 6pm, Fridays 9am, Saturdays 8:15am - With Stephanie ALL LEVELS YOGA is also an excellent alternative for anyone who is just beginning to do yoga as well as those who have been practicing yoga for a while. All levels yoga includes a flow of various postures and pranayama. It also includes more challenging postures offered with plenty of options and variations.
