15 Continuing Education Hours – Yoga Alliance

Instructor: Jill Lawley

March 13–15, 2026 Lodge Studio – Suite B Brownstone Station Wellness Center

Yin Yoga isn’t just about holding poses — it’s about creating space in the body, mind, and nervous system.

This immersive 15-hour training explores how to teach and practice Yin Yoga with clarity, purpose, and depth. Together we’ll study the functional anatomy behind each posture, the role of connective tissue and fascia, energetic pathways within the body, and how to skillfully sequence classes that support physical release, energetic balance, and mental stillness.

In this training you will learn:

• The history, philosophy, and purpose of Yin Yoga • Functional anatomy for hips, spine, and shoulders • Fascia, connective tissue, and range of motion principles • Meridian theory and energetic mapping • Intelligent sequencing and prop use for different body types • Language, cueing, and creating an environment for stillness • How to integrate Yin into your teaching or personal practice

This training is ideal for yoga teachers and dedicated students who want to deepen their understanding of Yin Yoga and confidently guide safe, effective, and meaningful classes.

Reiki Level 3 is the Master level of this sacred three-part system and represents a profound energetic initiation into Reiki as a spiritual path.

At this level, Reiki moves beyond technique and becomes a way of being — guiding how you live, hold space, and serve others.

During this training you will:

• Receive the Reiki Master attunement • Learn the Reiki Master symbol • Learn how to pass Reiki attunements to others • Explore teaching Reiki and holding sacred space • Discuss energetic sovereignty, integrity, and divine timing

Becoming a Reiki Master does not require you to teach or practice professionally, though many feel called to do so. For others, this training deepens personal practice and becomes a meaningful way to support loved ones and community.

Prerequisite: Reiki Levels 1 and 2

8 Continuing Education Hours

Instructor; Jenn Taylor

Saturday, April 25, 2026

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Prenatal clients require thoughtful care and an understanding of the unique physiological changes that occur throughout pregnancy. In this hands-on continuing education class, massage therapists will learn how to safely and confidently work with prenatal clients while separating common myths from evidence-based practice.

Participants will learn how to properly position and drape clients during each trimester, including how the body changes and what adjustments are needed as pregnancy progresses. The course also covers precautions and contraindications, including considerations for high-risk pregnancies.

You’ll explore the muscles and joints most affected during pregnancy and learn massage techniques and supportive stretches that can help ease common discomforts. The class also reviews how to use an appropriate intake process so therapists can gather the information needed to safely treat prenatal clients.

This course includes hands-on practice sessions so participants can immediately apply what they learn.

By the end of the training, therapists will feel comfortable and confident providing massage for prenatal clients.

This class is open to all massage therapists — not just spa therapists.
