Restoration Yoga & Sound Immersion
Sunday February 9th ( this is our snow date 😊)
3-5 pm
During this two hour event, Crystal and Mari will hold space for you to melt into restorative yoga poses, all while the vibration of sound floats throughout the space into your peace of mind.
Sound therapy transforms a path to one’s overall wellbeing through frequency and vibrations.
Paired with restorative yoga the release of tensions melt away while in passive relaxing poses created specifically to receive peace.
