About the Event
Shift of seasons bring about change and transition. Join Crystal and Sonnya for two hours of restorative yoga, infused with Reiki energies and purposeful shapes to calm and rest the body, with reflexology to support stress reduction.
This class is accessible.
Sonnya & Crystal will meet you in the Lodge Room, and guide you gently into the new season. We have all the cozies, but feel free to bring favorites from home.
