About the Event
Free range Yoga is a gentle yoga class taught to adults who may bring their chicks to roam and play while we practice Yoga. I will supply the little ones with blocks, beanie babies, Meddy Teddy (the yogi bear) and other items of interest as they play and explore while you move your body in healthy ways to strengthen, stretch, balance and connect with community. This class is for one hen or rooster and up to two chicks ages 6 weeks and older. You may put infants in a car carrier.
