Free Flow Dance with a Touch of Reiki

Step into the world of free flow dancing with Meredith. This class is all about freedom of expression. Expressing your thoughts, feelings and emotions all through the creative process of dancing. When we allow our minds to shut down and allow our heart space to open, while flowing with the tunes, we create the space within ourselves to truly feel the music and allow our soul to move freely. We are able let go of the shame, fear and/or judgement within ourselves and we’re able to gain a whole new level of confidence! Reiki is incorporated in this class to help the flow and release of the different energies we may experience, but receiving reiki for yourself is completely optional. This class is for us as a whole to come together and have some fun, while letting go of all that is not serving us on a daily basis! Join in on the fun with Meredith every 2nd Friday starting September 13th from 7:15pm-8:15pm.
