Deepen your understanding of Yin Yoga in this foundational workshop co-led by Crystal Deller, E RYT 200/YACEP, Shelly Wolfe, RYT 500 and Sonnya Nieves, RYT 200

No matter where you are in your yoga journey (students and teachers alike), we will come together to investigate the concepts of tension and compression, the effects on the fascial body, and the space that can be created within.

In this live workshop, we will:

• Explore essential Yin poses and the elements of thoughtful sequencing in a 75-minute practice
• Discover Yin as a gateway into meditation
• Consider the benefits of props and breathwork to support our practice
• Dialogue the fundamental differences between active asana and stillness of Yin practice, the relevance of body awareness, and the application of longer holds.
