For the Love of Yin Workshop - 3 CE - October 29th, 9am 12pm
An invitation to deeply explore the subtle realms of the body as it applies to our Yin yoga practice! Moving with curiosity and intent, we will deconstruct our asana to focus on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the Chakra system, and the emotional body in relation to Yin. The workshop will include a Yin sequence, a deep dive into each pose, and an opportunity to make personal connections to the practice.
Open to yoga teachers and Yin yoga enthusiasts! Bring your mat, a water bottle, a notebook, and any comforts for your practice.
