Learn protection techniques to keep your energy clean, clear, and safe from anyone or anything that is out of alignment with you. Basic energy techniques assist you in maintaining healthy boundaries which support optimal physical and mental health. We will also be exploring working with a pendulum for shifting energy and as a divination tool. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else to support your comfort during meditation. Other suggestions are to bring your own pendulum or necklace, a journal, a pen, and a water bottle. Pendulums will be available to borrow. $40 self-investment
