About the Event

DISCOVER YOUR VOICE

Join Meera as they guide you through discovering your voice. Using music therapy techniques such as breathwork, humming, and meditation, you will have the opportunity to get to know yourself through your voice. What does your voice sound like? How does your voice change when experiencing different emotions? How can you use your voice to find a sense of calm? This workshop is for anyone who wants to connect with their voice; no previous singing or music experience is required. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, journal, open heart, and open mind. Your excitement, fear, and curiosity are all welcome here and will be treated with unconditional care. If you’re interested in participating in the Discover Your Voice Pop-Up but want a chance to ask questions and experience music therapy techniques before the event, please join the free Discover Your Voice Preview session on April 29 at 12 pm.
