Strengthen, Flow and Restore Class (Good for Beginners or All Levels) - 9:00AM - With Debbie STRENGTHEN, FLOW AND RESTORE is accessible to all levels of experience and ability, and you can modify your own intensity. Expect to build your upper body and core body strength, along with strengthening your legs and hips. Flow with ease between poses and enjoy 2 or 3 restorative poses to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit.

2 hour cancellation policy - If there is a no-call no-show or you cancel within the 2 hour time-frame you will be responsible for paying the full price of your class booked. To cancel, reschedule, or let your teacher know you're running late, manage your booking in your account or contact your teacher directly using the info in your booking confirmation email.
