Heated 80-90 degrees. Suite B - Lodge Studio Power Flow Friday Close out your week with an energizing, upbeat vinyasa class that blends powerful movement, dynamic breath, and an inspiring playlist. Expect mythological themes, creative sequencing, and a warm space to sweat, stretch, and reset. A perfect way to transition into your weekend with strength and spirit. Fridays, 4:45–5:45 PM, with Nikki Bricker in Suite B — Lodge Studio. Beginning January 1, 2027, Power Flow continues every Friday in the Lodge Studio, including Fridays with evening moon classes.

Cancellation Policy
2 hour cancellation policy - If there is a no-call no-show or you cancel within the 2 hour time-frame you will be responsible for paying the full price of your class booked. To cancel, reschedule, or let your teacher know you're running late, manage your booking in your account or contact your teacher directly using the info in your booking confirmation email.
