Myofascial Bodywork Release Series + Flush
Three 75-minute bodywork sessions: myofascial release + lymphatic flush — with Adrienne Mohn, LMT, CLT
Service Description
The full experience — our Fascial Release Series with a lymphatic flush added to every session. Some tension doesn't release in a single session — not because the work isn't working, but because the tissue itself has changed. When the connective tissue layers that let your muscles glide become thickened and less mobile, one visit softens them; a short, consistent series is what helps them truly change. This is three focused 75-minute sessions over three weeks. Each visit pairs 45 minutes of sustained, specific fascial work on the same restricted areas with a 30-minute manual lymphatic drainage finish. The deeper fascial work mobilizes tissue and raises local fluid activity; the light, rhythmic drainage that follows helps clear it — many people find it eases next-day soreness and leaves them profoundly relaxed. It's designed for the tension that keeps returning — the stiff neck, the shoulder that never fully lets go, the low back that tightens by mid-week. Your three sessions: • Week 1 — Map & mobilize, then flush. • Week 2 — Deepen the work while the tissue is still responsive, then flush. • Week 3 — Integrate, send you home with self-care, and a final flush. This is deliberate, methodical work — not a spa relaxation massage, though most people find it deeply settling. Why three sessions, a week apart? This structure reflects how fascial tissue actually changes — gradually, with consistency. Research on fascial manipulation for myofascial pain has used a comparable cadence of three treatments at roughly weekly intervals, and the underlying science is well established: pain and stiffness are associated with "densification," a thickening of the hyaluronan-rich layer between fascial planes, and focused manual work helps restore healthy glide. This series is built on that research-informed approach. References available on request — including for your physician or physical therapist. The series is purchased as a prepaid package of three 75-minute sessions. Prefer the fascial work without the flush? See The Fascial Release Series (three 45-minute sessions). Please note: Because this is sustained, specific work, it isn't the right starting point for everyone. If you're managing lymphedema, are in active treatment for certain conditions, or are recently post-surgical, please reach out before booking so we can point you to the best fit.
