Service Description

I am a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) and Manual Lymphatic Drainage–Certified (MLD-C) practitioner providing gentle, lymphatic-based sessions for wellness, recovery, and whole-body support. Sessions are designed to encourage healthy fluid movement, reduce swelling and tension, support relaxation, and promote comfort. I have also completed continuing education in Neurolymphatic Drainage, an integrative approach that considers the relationship between lymph flow, fascia, tissue tension, scar restriction, and nervous system regulation. This work may benefit those experiencing fluid retention, post-surgical swelling, scar tissue restriction, stress-related tension, or a desire for general lymphatic wellness support. Sessions may integrate Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Neurolymphatic techniques, fascia-focused work, scar mobility support, Clinical Somatics, and other supportive wellness modalities when appropriate. Each session is customized to your goals, health history, and current needs. A physician’s clearance may be required in some cases prior to treatment.


Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy. Must call and leave message at minimum 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Or you can cancel the appointment yourself by logging into your account and managing your appointments. Do not reply to appointment confirmations and reminders via email or text. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure there is enough time for intake prior to your start time. All sessions will end on their designated end time regardless if you have arrived late or didn't give enough time to allow for the intake process prior to your appointment. At Brownstone, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This policy allows our independent practitioners the opportunity to adjust their schedules and offer availability to other clients. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment) or missed appointments may result in a full service charge, especially if the practitioner has already traveled, set up, or is unable to fill the appointment slot on short notice. Each practitioner at Brownstone is an independent contractor and determines how they apply this policy. Exceptions may be made at their discretion based on individual circumstances and notice given. To support our team and minimize no-shows, we now require a credit card on file when booking. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business and the dedicated professionals who care for you.
