Cozy Yoga (Gently Heated)
Fall & winter restoration with Lizzi • Tuesdays 7–8 PM • Lodge Studio, Suite B
Service Description
A warm, deeply restorative experience to support the body during colder, darker months. This gently heated fall and winter class with Lizzi Hauck, RYT200, includes: • Gentle stretching • Somatic movements • Restorative postures • Contemplative themes Reiki and energy work are offered during this class, enhancing relaxation and nervous system support. Tuesdays, 7:00–8:00 PM, beginning October 13, 2026. Lodge Studio, Suite B Brownstone Station Wellness Center 320 E. 2nd St., Hummelstown, PA 17036 Take Cozy Yoga on its own for $20 or use an eligible class pass. Stay after Warm Mindful Moderate Vinyasa (5:45–6:45 PM) and add Cozy Yoga for an additional $10. Select the Cozy Yoga add-on when booking Vinyasa. Two drop-in classes total $30. If you use a class pass for Vinyasa, the Cozy Yoga add-on is still an additional $10, paid online.

Cancellation Policy
2 hour cancellation policy - If there is a no-call no-show or you cancel within the 2 hour time-frame you will be responsible for paying the full price of your class booked. To cancel, reschedule, or let your teacher know you're running late, manage your booking in your account or contact your teacher directly using the info in your booking confirmation email.
