Service Description

All Levels Vinyasa Flow is a gently heated (75-80 degrees) breath-to-movement yoga class. In class, we will build strength, flexibility, stamina, and mindfulness while also incorporating intentional moments of stillness. Whether this is your first time stepping onto a mat or your millionth, you will be encouraged to make the flow modifications and opportunities to challenge yourself. Come as you are to breathe deeply, move mindfully, and feel a little more.
