Yoga Beyond the Mat
Yoga is the union of body, mind, breath, and spirit - connection with oneself and with the Universe. Although most know yoga as a physical practice, the yoga mat is not the only place to cultivate this union - we have opportunities to LIVE our yoga every single day. In this 2-hour session, you will have the opportunity to dive into the Eight Limbs of Yoga, as described by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras, deepen your own practice, and identify ways that you can take your yoga beyond the mat. We will have discussion, physical practice, and time for journaling and reflection.
Bring your mat, a water bottle, and a journal if you like.
