Instructor Sonnya Nieves - RYT200
Sonnya has a clinical license in social work and has been a practicing yogi since 2002. She finally dove into yoga teacher training in 2016, wanting to deepen her own yoga journey and learn how to share yoga with others. Since then she has taught teen yoga, as well as Hatha, Restorative, and Yin Yoga for adults. Her classes tend to focus on minduflness, self-care, and creating space for relaxation.
