About the Event
Life can be stressful! Yoga can be a great way to release stress, have fun, and relax. This class will focus on breathing techniques and deep stretching that will help relax the body and quiet the mind. The pace will be slower, and we will practice Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep) to experience deep relaxation.
Cost is $10 per class, payable via cash, PayPal or Venmo. Please pre-register!
