Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating yoga session. This is a 60 minute inclusive practice of Yoga, utilizing a chair, blocks, and straps as effective supports to enhance flexibility, build strength, and release daily stress. This class will leave you feeling open, lighter, and ready for your day! Offered in person on our beautiful coverd porch or Live via Zoom - Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the Zoom Link and password. Social distancing and Guidelines for COVID19 are followed. Class size is limited to 6 participants so please reserve your space.
