Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating yoga session. This is a 60 minute inclusive practice of Yoga, utilizing a chair, blocks, and straps as effective supports to enhance flexibility, build strength, and release daily stress. This class will leave you feeling open, lighter, and ready for your day! Fell free to bring your own equipment. If you don't have any some will be provided for you. Social distancing and Guidelines for COVID19 are followed. Class size is limited to 6 participants so please reserve your space.
