Join Molly and Jill to begin your new year with a balancing Yin and Yang 75 min yoga class.
Yang is about change, movement, passion, climbing great heights. Yin is about acceptance, allowing, stillness, enjoying the present moment We will begin with setting your intention for the year ahead in a heated vinyasa class to move with your intention. We will end with a reflective slowdown into yin for a balanced and invigorating class experience. Hands on assists, essential oils, and a celebratory toast will be incorporated.
