Two full hours allows time to manifest real peace into the New Year….
Purposeful restorative yoga poses selected to promote manifestation of your peace, preparing you with reiki energy to receive reflexology.
Crystal and Trish hold space for you to drop into real peace and release old stories.
Space is limited on purpose to allow “time” for every participant to deeply receive. We provide “all the snugglers” needed, but feel free to bring your favorite cozy or two from home.
This event is for “any-BODY” but feel free to let us know if you need an accommodation.
