🍁 Shift into Fall Equinox in this 2 hour restorative yoga, infused with reiki energies, chosen shapes to calm and rest the body, as reflexology aides in stress reduction.

Sonnya & Crystal will meet you in the meadow room, and guide you gently into the new season. We have all the cozies, but feel free to bring favorites from home.
