Shift into spring equinox with Sonnya & Crystal in this 2 hour restorative practice drenched in reiki energy to center the mind, guide the body into resting shapes, to experience reflexology for your “soles”.
This class is accessible to anyone.
We’ll welcome spring & have all the cozies you’ll need but as always, feel free to bring your favorites from home.
