About the Event

Tuesday evenings, Josette D’Amelio will be offering Taoist sitting meditation and Chi Kung classes from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. 

Please RSVP for each individual day on our events calender at www.brownstonestation.com. 24 hour cancellation notice please due to limited reservations we have with covid guidelines and restrictions.

Josette is a Third Level Black Belt Instructor in Tae Kwon Do, Reiki Master and Teacher and student/Instructor of Grandmaster Andrew Chung Tai Chi and Kung Fu Academy in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Class will include:

WUJI

Wuji ( Taoist sitting meditation) is the state of emptiness, a state of peaceful awareness to restore Chi ( life force energy) and Vitality for physical and spiritual well being.

CHI KUNG

The Chinese words “Chi Kung” translate as “life energy cultivation” This practice involves the execution of a series of exercises designed to unblock the passage of Chi through the body. Chi Kung is a moving meditation practiced for exercise, to maintain health, healing, martial arts and spiritual cultivation.

These practices are designed for all ages and levels of physical capabilities. Comfortable clothing and soft shoes (sneakers) plus bring a pillow for sitting. Chairs will also be available.

Please bring cash for payment: $20 per class

-Class size is limited due to social distancing guidelines so please RSVP as indicated

-Depending on weather and class size - classes may be held inside our spacious lodge room or outside in our beautiful yard

-Social Distancing guidelines and precautions outlined by the PA Health Department and CDC guidelines must be followed.
