Inward + Upward - An Autumnal Offering

This event serves as an evening of self care and cultivation as we continue our ascension into darker depths of the year.

The purpose of Inward & Upward is a mindful reflection of ways to fill one's own cup, & tend to one's own needs during this more chaotic portion of the year, where days grow short, & obligations grow lengthy.

The structure of this event will involve a small window of mindful movement, sound provided by Marissa Rose, a circle for sharing facilitated by Lizzi & her trusted oracle guides, a meditation & journaling practice for a meaningful rested season, & an indulgent Reiki infused sound bath.

Please bring a journal, your favorite tea or coffee cup, any additional comforts from home, or tools for your personal practice.
